The partner can create case by giving customer details and vehicle details, take photos from the app and submit the case to vehicle inspector.
Chola MS inspectors will assess the vehicle condition by viewing the photos and video.
Based on the feedback vehicle inspection app will receive the communication on case either Approved or Rejected.
Proposal can be processed in all modes , GenCon, SMO, E-Policy and E-Proposals by providing approved vehicle inspection reference number in proposal.
